 NORLANDA CAEN-LA-MER

Welcome to Norlanda
The name “Norlanda” is the name of a famous 1930’s yacht. Designed in 1932 by Charles Nicholson to the J-class rule she raced as “Candida”. At the end of her racing career she was converted to a yawl for an Italian owner and, in 1989, completely restored. Even the very sound of the name “Norlanda” is evocative of northern lands and Nordic origins. Today these associations are equally applicable to the Norlanda project, which is bringing a renaissance to the marine sector between Caen and the sea.
